iPhone and iPad models with LiDAR can scan. Other devices add rooms by hand.
How accurate is a scan?
Usually within a few centimeters. Check key walls with a tape and edit the number.
How do I restore Pro?
Open Settings, then Restore Purchases.
My scan failed.
Use better light, move slowly and keep doors open.
Which units are used?
Feet and inches, or meters. Change it in Settings.
